Dash & Peel is developed by Adam Gray, operating as House of Waffles. For privacy questions, contact hello@houseofwaffles.com.

This policy covers the prelaunch website at dashandpeel.com. Dash & Peel’s iPhone app is in development and is not yet available on the App Store. The app’s data practices will be described in an updated policy before its public release.

Visiting this website

This website presents information about Dash & Peel. It does not provide account registration, accept bottle-photo uploads, store a visitor’s bar inventory, or run AI requests for visitors. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or marketing signup forms.

The site uses Google Firebase Hosting to deliver its pages. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser or request headers, requested pages, and access times, to deliver and protect the site. This technical processing is separate from the planned app. More information is available in Firebase’s privacy and security information.

We do not use this website to sell personal information or track visitors across other companies’ websites for advertising.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use this correspondence to answer questions, provide support, and handle relevant follow-up. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Contact correspondence may remain in our email system for as long as reasonably needed to address your request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask us about access or deletion using the contact address above. Provider-managed technical records may have different retention periods under the hosting provider’s service terms and configuration.

Your choices

You can visit this website without creating an account or providing contact details. Emailing us is optional. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. Contact us to make a request; we may need enough information to verify and respond to it.

Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Before the iPhone app launches, we will publish information about the released app’s local storage and any optional AI processing.
